While I am licensed to practice throughout the State of Missouri, the practical reality of a long drive can make it difficult for me to take some cases.

Counties:

I consider the following counties to be within my home area.  If you hire me for a case in these places, there will be no significant increase in my prices due to travel time.

Boone (including Columbia, Ashland, Hallsville, Centralia, Rocheport, Harrisburg, Sturgeon, etc.)

Cole (including Jefferson City, Taos, Russellville, Eugene, etc.)

Cooper (including Boonville, Bunceton, Pilot Grove, etc.)

Randolph (including Moberly, Huntsville, Clark, Higbee, Jacksonville, etc.)

Audrain (including Mexico, Vandalia, etc.)

Callaway (including Fulton, Holt’s Summit, Auxvasse, Kingdom City, Mokane, etc.)

Howard (including Fayette, Glasgow, New Franklin, etc.)

Moniteau (including California, etc.)

I consider the following counties to be outside my home area, but would welcome cases from them generally, and would expect to still be competitive in my pricing more often than not:

Franklin (including Sullivan, Union, Washington, Pacific, New Haven, St. Clair, etc.)

Gasconade (including Hermann, etc.)

Osage (including Linn, etc.)

Macon (including Macon, etc.)

Monroe (including Paris, etc.)

Pettis (including Sedalia, etc.)

Warren (including Warrenton, Marthasville, etc.)

Montgomery (including Montgomery City, etc.)

Traffic Tickets

If you have a traffic ticket that you hope to have negotiated to a non-point violation, a court appearance may not be required in many cases.  I will often handle matters of this kind in far-flung corners of the state without significantly higher fees.

Courts

I have handled or am currently handling matters before the following courts.  This list is likely not complete.  When a circuit court is listed, it could include any non-municipal division of that court, including any associate divisions.  I do not include courts in which I have appeared, but in which I have never been the attorney of record.

Boone County: Boone County Circuit Court, Columbia Municipal Court, Hallsville Municipal Court.

Cole County: Cole County Circuit Court, Jefferson City Municipal Court

Cooper County: Cooper County Circuit Court, Boonville Municipal Court

Randolph County: Randolph County Circuit Court
